About the Role
Trianz is looking for an entrepreneurial leader to accelerate the growth and success of our Analytics practice. The Practice Lead of Analytics role partner with our sales leadership, clients, prospects, technology partners and other practice leaders to solve business problems by leveraging the Analytics Practice capabilities. This individual will work closely with the sales and delivery teams to manage pre-sales efforts and engagements and will be involved in providing objective advice, expertise and specialist skills with the aim of creating value, maximizing growth or improving the business performance of our clients.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Platform Evangelism & Sales: Partner with Concierto Insights and Agentic AI teams to position, demonstrate, and evangelize these platforms to clients; develop use cases and success stories that showcase platform capabilities
- Solution Architecture: Design and deliver analytics solutions that leverage Concierto Insights and Agentic AI capabilities, creating differentiated offerings in the market
- Revenue Growth: Drive practice expansion through new business development, account mining, and strategic partnerships
- Solution Innovation: Build proprietary accelerators, frameworks, and IP that differentiate our Analytics offerings
- Client Engagement: Lead complex, enterprise-level engagements with C-suite stakeholders, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction
- Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers, analysts, and architects
- Talent Strategy: Establish certification paths, career frameworks, and succession planning for all practice roles
- Partner Ecosystem: Collaborate with technology partners on go-to-market initiatives and thought leadership

Who you are
- 15+ years in analytics consulting with 5+ years leading analytics practices or teams of 20+ consultants, architects, and data engineers
- Direct experience positioning and selling AI/ML platforms, analytics solutions, and SaaS products to C-suite executives.
- Deep technical expertise across modern analytics stack: cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data warehousing (Snowflake, Databricks), data engineering (Spark, Airflow, dbt), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and ETL solutions (AWS Glue,Informatica, Fivetran)
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies including Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI concepts, and their application to business analytics and automation
- 10+ years consulting experience with proven track record managing complex, multi-million dollar analytics engagements and leading cross-functional delivery teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to build and scale a practice area within a larger organization by leveraging existing resources in innovative ways
- Strategic and creative problem-solver who translates complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions
- Experience managing practice P&L, profitability targets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent engagements
- Strong commitment to team development including mentorship, succession planning, certification programs, and career growth frameworks
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites and company locations
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Compensation & Benefits for Fulltime hiring.
Trianz compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay ranges between USD $200,000 to $220,000. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
